What is a TCG?

Online Trading Card Games are similar to the trading cards you knew as a child. Rather than playing in person and collecting cards from packs at the store, you collect everything online. The goal is to collect all of the cards you like, also know as mastering a deck. Online TCGs are free to play, a lot of fun, and very addictive! Interested in joining? Check out the rest of this section before moving on to the join form!

Trade Post

Before you join, you need a place to store your stuff, also know as a trade post. To make life easier for you and for your fellow TCG members, you should separate your cards--at least into groups of keeping and trading. You are also required to keep a detailed card log, showing how you got every card. The final thing you need on your site is a way to contact you, either a form or an email link, so you can trade.

Levels & Level Ups

When you join movinglines, you begin at level one and work your way up through the levels. The requirements for each level are posted here.

Here you can see the different princesses available. You can earn these little tokens by playing games. It is up to you if you want to keep the random princess you get or if you only want to collect your favorite one, because they all have the same worth and rarity.

10 princesses: 3 random cards
15 princesses: 5 random card
20 princesses: 1 choice card

Card Types

There are five different categories of cards on this tcg: general, character, scene, relationship, membercards. All the cards on movinglines are worth 1, except for membercards, which are worth 0. Card decks all either have 20 cards, but there are different deck templates, depending on the category. The general movie decks have 20 normal cards, the scene deck has a large puzzle in the middle, and character and relationship decks have two smaller puzzles.

Once you have collected all of the cards in a deck, you have mastered the deck. This means you cannot trade away any of these cards (except for doubles, of course) but you will receive some rewards for doing so. You can also master member cards by collecting 15 of them.

Member Cards: 1 choice card and 3 random cards

You get a master badge once you master a deck. You can use it to display your mastered decks on your trade post. There is a master badge for mini puzzles, but you won't get a master badge for member cards.

When you master a deck, you also get a poster from the movie of your mastered deck. You can keep these posters and collect them to get an extra mini-mastery. Collect four posters of one kind to claim your reward.

Please note: This system currently isn't working correctly! Please manually grab your posters from the released decks page and claim your mastery in the forum!

This tcg was originally owned by Jenny. It recently had a little makeover and currently owned by Breanne. I will be playing the games and taking freebies just as regular members do. I do, however, get less rewards for making cards and donating.
